About the event

Digital marketing is evolving fast — and the businesses that adapt early will be the ones that grow.

In this strategic workshop from Skol Marketing, presented in partnership with Insperity, you’ll learn how to get the most out of your marketing by using real, proven techniques that increase engagement, elevate your brand, and drive ROI in 2025.

We’ll cover:

  • How to create a seamless omnichannel strategy that keeps customers engaged across every touchpoint
  • Why influencer partnerships (especially micro and B2B influencers) are becoming the highest-trust, highest-ROI form of promotion
  • How AI is changing how people search — and what your business needs to do to stay visible and relevant
  • What not to do with AI content and how to use it ethically and effectively

This isn’t just trends — it’s a tactical look at how to market smarter, connect faster, and compete better in the year ahead.

Presented by: Ben Theis of Skol Marketing

Ben Theis founded Skol Marketing to support local businesses after realizing the digital marketing industry's lack of options for small businesses and nonprofits during his time as a Local Partnership Manager at Google. With expertise in digital marketing and SEO, he set out to help small businesses navigate the complex digital landscape. In 2012, Ben left the corporate world to start Skol Marketing, focusing on educating and assisting small businesses to grow through SEO, SEM, social media, and website development.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys being a Minnesota Vikings fan, exploring dry-rub chicken wings, visiting breweries with his wife Emily, and spending time with his two pugs, Rigby & Mango, and his pet pig, Skolie.
